NAM India Allots Over 1 Lakh Shares Under ESOP 2017 & 2019 — Capital Base Expands!

On March 24, 2025, the Allotment Committee of Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited (NAM India) convened and approved the issuance of 1,01,956 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOP) 2017 & 2019. This decision aligns with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

  • Under NAM INDIA ESOP 2017, a total of 97,136 equity shares were allotted at grant prices of ₹256.10 and ₹202.50, collecting ₹1.83 crore and ₹51.82 lakh respectively.

  • Under NAM INDIA ESOP 2019, 4,820 shares were allotted at prices of ₹247.60 and ₹372.71, raising ₹11.36 lakh and ₹85,723 respectively.

Following this, the Paid-Up Equity Share Capital of NAM India increased from 63,46,00,676 shares to 63,47,02,632 shares, amounting to ₹634.7 crore.

The newly allotted shares will enjoy pari passu status, i.e., equal rights with existing shares in all respects.
