Larsen & Toubro (L&T), through its Buildings & Factories vertical, has secured a significant contract from Brigade Group for the construction of premium residential and commercial towers in Hyderabad and Chennai. This marks the largest residential project ever awarded to L&T from a private client, showcasing its dominance in large-scale urban development projects.
Project Highlights:
- Brigade Gateway Residences, Hyderabad: 2 luxury towers, 5B+G+57 floors, among Hyderabad’s tallest.
- Brigade World Trade Centre, Hyderabad: Mixed-use tower 5B+G+50 floors, over 200 meters tall, integrating retail and a five-star hotel.
- Brigade Altius, Chennai: 3 signature towers, 6 parking + 39 floors, high-profile development in Chennai.
- Brigade Morgan Heights, Chennai: 10 luxury towers, 4 parking levels + 11–21 floors.
All projects will be executed on a design-and-build basis with stringent timelines, underlining L&T’s engineering and project management excellence.
